≪Made in JAPAN In-house development, design, and manufacturing≫
We carry out all infrared wavelength range (far red, medium red, near red) cameras from design and development to manufacturing in-house (Osaka head office) and have established a Tokyo sales office to respond nationwide. We have always pursued cutting-edge technology, and have realized "clear image acquisition", "small size and weight reduction of the camera body", "technical support necessary for camera development", etc.
We also do maintenance and support in-house, so our products can be used for a long time with peace of mind.

≪ utilize the know-how that we have done everything in-house to respond to all needs≫
Distant and nighttime surveillance
Fire Detection
Non-Destructive Testing
We always provide products such as space cameras that meet the needs of our customers.

We are conducting demonstrations on many actual machines. Please stop by, we look forward to seeing you.

New Product Product Demo
Cooled MWIR Camera HMIR640PL

This is a highly sensitive mid-infrared area camera equipped with a cooled InSb sensor.
Compared to conventional cameras, the frame rate has been increased to a maximum of 240 fps, and the size has been further improved to a more compact size. The size of the camera has also been made more compact.

< applications>
・Resin material identification
・Gas Detection
・High-precision temperature measurement

New Product Product Demo
Far infrared camera:VIM640AD

It is smaller and less expensive than conventional far-infrared cameras.
The pixel pitch of 12 µm allows for more telephoto imaging than conventional far-infrared cameras with a pixel pitch of 17 µm.

Product Demo
Near infrared camera:NIR640SN

Near sensitivity wavelength area camera mounted with InGaAs FPA. TEC (Thermoelectric controller) is built in a detector and capable to capture the stable near infrared image.
High-sensitive characteristics are ideal for acquiring the spectroscopy image with a filter.
High sensitivity but achieved the lower price than a previous model.
【Applications】
Moisture detecting
Dissimilar material identification (Pharmaceutical product etc.)
Silicon wafer transmission detecting
Hight temperature measurement(over 200℃)

Product Demo
Mid-infrared camera through flame: WIR640G2

Based on our VIM series far-infrared camera, this uncooled mid-infrared camera is equipped with a sensor (developed in-house) with an extended sensitivity wavelength from 3 to 5 μm.
Combined with a bandpass filter that transmits only around 3.9 μm, the camera can capture images through flames.
It is ideal for monitoring high-temperature objects such as combustion furnaces, glass melting furnaces, and the inside of rotary kilns.

【Applications】
Furnace condition monitoring over flame
Refuse Incineration Furnace In-Furnace Condition Monitoring
Rotary kiln furnace temperature measurement
Melting furnace level monitoring
High temperature temperature measurement
Glass melting furnace temperature measurement

Far infrared microscope

This is a high-magnification far-infrared camera that combines the far-infrared camera VIM series with a magnifying lens.
By performing calibration with a selected magnifying lens, it is suitable for microscopic temperature measurement as microscopic thermography.
Combined with a heating/cooling heat source, it is ideal for non-destructive inspection of semiconductor parts.
Thermal images can be obtained with a maximum magnification of 5x and an effective optical resolution of 9.8μm/pixel.
The lineup of microscope lenses is also substantial, so we propose a combination of lens and camera according to the objective distance (WD: work distance) and magnification you request.
