通信 デモ Low Vπ LiNbO3 Phase Modulator for High-Power Lasers Exail’s Low Vπ LiNbO3 phase modulator excels in coherent beam combination, leveraging a single laser source with fine linewidth through multiple amplifications and precise phase modulators. In spectral beam combination, the modulator facilitates combining different laser power beams with distinct wavelengths, achieving uniform intensity distribution. Key optical features include an annealed proton exchange process, very low insertion loss (<3dB), high optical power handling (up to 300mW), and stable performance over temperature and time. The Vπ of only 2V@50 kHz minimizes RF and power consumption, while the device’s DC coupling option mitigates the RAM effect for optimal efficiency. |

通信 デモ Aluminum Coated Fibers for Harsh Environment Exail’s aluminum-coated fibers offer a wide operating temperature range, up to +400°C. They are hermetic to hydrogen and water vapor, mitigating hydrogen darkening in hydrogen-rich environments. The aluminum coating obtained by Exail and Photonics Bretagne is much smoother than what could be obtained by the competition. Exail’s radiation-resistant optical fibers (rad-hard, single mode, multi-mode) are designed to mitigate the effects of Radiation-Induced Attenuation and extend the fiber’s lifetime in radiative environments. Optical fibers with aluminum coating are suitable for applications in sensing and monitoring, such as Distributed Temperature Sensing, in nuclear environments, oil and gas, high-energy physics experiments, or space. |

通信 LAZ-LAB-NL-1560 Exail’s single frequency fiber lasers are based on UV Bragg grating technology applied to active rare earth photosensitive fibers. Ultra short cavity length and phase-shifted design permit ultra-narrow linewidth and robust mode-hop-free laser source properties, ideal for various sensor applications (acoustic, interferometry and spectroscopy). Combined with in-house ultra-stable pump driver and integrated into tailored-made benchtop, it delivers stable single frequency laser line with ultra-low intrinsic noise and linewidth lower than 0.1 kHz. Available in C-band, LAZ-LAB-NL-1560 is tunable over 1 nm with an output power up to 40 mW and provides a single longitudinal linear polarization. |
