GY-PB5002 2-Axis Grinding & Polishing Machine This is our factory’s independently developed high-precision, high-efficiency optical cold-processing equipment. Its swing frame produces an approximate elliptical motion, delivering sufficient relative movement between workpiece and mold, with efficiency over twice that of traditional equipment. Using the polyurethane patch process, it avoids pitch softening caused by temperature changes. Workpiece precision relies solely on the mold, ensuring high accuracy and excellent consistency. The machine features electrical protection and a self-controlled constant-temperature heating device for grinding fluid, enabling stable operation even with large voltage fluctuations and poor constant-temperature conditions. |

GY300-1 Single-Axis Rounding & Polishing Machine This machine adopts the principle of full/semi-circular spindle rotation plus left-right swing of the oscillating shaft, suitable for grinding cylindrical lenses of large, medium and small apertures.
